AEM intercooler kit + AEM intake

I was fortunate to hook up with AEM and they tested the fitment of their products on my 2013 GSR.
I ended up with a free intercooler, uicp, licp, intake and a strut bar.
The AEM intercooler is 3.5 inches thick and its welding/quality looks great. It doesn't have the "cool" black lettering like the other brands, but I'm sure that doesn't result in less horsepower. The uicp and licp look really nice in compare to stock.
They even appear nicer than the other options in the market. Most of you are familiar with the AEM intake. It is already one of the most popular intake option. I also received a strut bar. I know that our cars come with one. I'm not sure how this one improves the
performance, but it sure compliments the rest of AEM products under the hood.

A little jealous. AEM is a reputable brand.

Wow. That worked out nicely for you! What material are the UICP and LICP made of? Aluminum, stainless? Any idea when the set will be available? They give any pricing estimates?

that sucks that you have to either leave the cooling plate off or cut it to fit the uicp...

Does the intercooler sit in the center of the opening? it looks a little off to one side..

Cast end tanks, I like that

Cooling plate? You mean the plastic that sits over the rad support? Looks like it will fit just fine, mounts like all the other IC pipes.

Anyways, what's that strut bar look like, been really looking for a nice one.

I was just about to ask the same question. The intercooler looks crooked.

It's a shame they couldn't change the way the BOV was routed.

Not certain about crooked, but definately seems alittle off center.

Still... looks pretty good and hard to argue with Free!

You should look at the instructings in installing this on the aem website. They provide a stencil to cut the cooling plate (plastic cover above the radiator) to have the uicp fit. I'm guessing that's why he doesn't have it on.

The intercooler is definitely not centered in between the shrouds... this isn't the first picture that I have seen with it off centered. Even the install directions on AEM's website show the intercooler to be off center. Not sure what to think about that...
