Wow first person I know that has a problem with the ACT 6 Puck... Looks like error of some sort. Be it that it's driver or possible install.

My 6 puck works fine on my 750whp X 12k miles on it at power above 600whp and well over 500wtq.

I've used the Act 6-puck and was okay. Is there a front side / back side? If so, could it have gone in wrong? How many miles did you get?

30K on the clutch. Still has the sticker for the side to go to the flywheel on it and was installed the proper direction. As for the install Masano Mitsubishi of Reading royaly ****ed up some of the install, ie: bell housing bolt missing, driver side trans mount, once unbolted from the trans, flopped around the bolt that was never tightened, rubber plugs missing, throw out fork plug missing, clutch hydrolic line improperly routed, belly pan came off while driving it a week later. Can't say that was the reason for the failure though.
