whats my best performance option taylored to my situation...

Hi guys, I am looking into doing some performance mods and I am looking for ideas on which route I should take. My goal is 350ish whp that can be driven for well past 100k miles. I am looking into getting tuned by a reputable tuner (undecided) on the west coast (sea level) however I live in the midwest where our elevation is 3000ft and next year maybe moving to an area of an elevation of 6000ft with temp changes between -10F to 100F. Also I will be doing a lot of traveling 2000 miles a trip maybe once a month between said elevations. Currently my option is doing a full turboback exhaust, intake, 3port, intercooler and uicp and be tuned for 91 and my second option is tbe, intake, 3port, injectors, fuel pump, stock intercooler, and tune for e85/91. In my travels I would have to switch to 91 once a month and and keep my 91 tune during winters.

SO my question is whats the better option in my case, and also would it be wise to get tuned on the west coast? I personally like the idea of e85 especially at the higher elevations but not the idea of constantly watching quality of fuel and switching maps constantly unless its really a non issue.

Thanks for all the help in advance.

Personally, I would avoid switching maps and dealing with E-85. See my sig below is how I got to 350. You really dont need the manifold or the front mount to hit 350, but they definitely are needed if you plan on running a bigger turbo at some point.
