Do I need a new clutch?

Hey guys,

So the last couple thousand miles ive notices a grinding sound upon deceleration, while in gear, as well as, extreme difficulty getting the car into reverse and first gear. However, I have read in multiple places that this could either be clutch, fluid changes, transfer case issues (which I found my X was one of the cars over filled with fluid from the factory...not sure if that could be it either). But basically I have had this car since 10,000 miles and I now have 32,000 miles on it. Just wondering if anyone has any input as to whether it is the clutch or anything else you guys can think of...

Thanks everyone

I googled "evo x trans grinding on decel" and a ton of things came up. I wish I knew more about these cars so I could help you out but I've only had mine for a couple months.
