Thumbs up How much power will my setup make [Mega Merge] Evo X

Please post in this thread to discuss how much power your evo will make on some setup. Any other threads started on this subject will be trashed.

Disclaimer - No person can accurately know what a setup will make on different cars. Please assume everything is an assumption and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Thanks,
golgo13

Hey guys, so i feel like i am not making the power i should. I have faith in the tuner so for now i am looking for feedback on my Build.

KELFORD 272s
BLOCK HAS ALL FORGED INTERNALS
AEM intake
AGP 3.5 FMIC + hard pipes
HALMAN PRO MBC
MEGAN O2 housing
NVIDIA HF CAT + PIPE
BORLA CAT BACK
HKS SSQ BOV

Made 350 on 93. am i being greedy on the stock turbo? i feel like i should be seeing 380. Any and all feedback is welcome.

since you got forged internals you should push it for more power get injectors fuel pump etc... check for boost leaks

350? That seems strange! I would say at least 400 (Are we talking bhp or whp btw?)! I'm running 23 psi and putting out 460 bhp (with stock cams but with a dominator 2.0 turbo).

The "Stage 1" that we use in Sweden only include a tbe 3" system and a retune and that will give you atleast 380 bhp. But we use 99 octane from the pump, can that make that of a difference?

Yeah the fuel makes a huge difference. Here in the states if you switch to E85 you can see a huge power gain.

Yeah I can see that's a big step going from 93 to E85 I guess. What octane do you have in your E85? We have 104.

+1 on the Injectors and fuel pump. I would talk to your tuner and see whats going on.

not sure about evo 10s but thats about what an 8/9 would make with those mods normally and on the stock 560cc injectors size they run at about 95% duty cycle.
