Evo X Intercooler Sizing Chart

Ok, so I decided to make a chart with all of the intercoolers that I could think of and put their core dimensions, inlet/outlet sizes, and random notes all in one place for your viewing pleasure. I'll say now there are probably going to be a few errors. If you have the correct dimensions or have the dimensions for the ones with blanks, please post them along with the source of information and I'll update the charts.

Thanks for putting the chart together. Here are a few corrections to make:

AGP:
-2.5" inlet
-3.0" outlet
-20x13x3.5" core dimensions
-They're all pressure tested to 50psi.

AMS:
-3.5" thick core

Stock:
-in/outlets are more like 2.35"

You can also add the Depo FMIC to your list if you'd like.
-20x12x3.5"
-2.5" inlet
-3.0" outlet
-Pressure checked at 45 psi

Once this gets updated I can sticky it if you'd like since it is good data! Weight would be worth adding too; I have the weights for some of the various intercoolers if you'd like me to dig it up.

Sure! If you can provide the weight for the ones you have, I'll add them and double check my sources for weight. Depot Racing is already on there, both the 3.5 and 4" thickness

I am pretty sure the AMS is 3.6 as it had it, 3.625 actually if I remember correctly when I bought it.

Maybe they changed it since back in 2009 or whenever I bought it. I could measure mine tonight when I pull it off.

It is 3.625. I rounded a lot of these to save space but if people want it, I can try to be exact.

We have the option to put 3.0" inlet and outlets

We also make a 20x12x5 and 20x12x6 unit

We can pressure check the intercooler up to 100 psi you wanted.

5 and 6" cores, lol, damn

Wouldn't it be easier to do like an Air/water one at that point? You guys are nutty haha, if I ever get the desire to go for 1000whp I think you guys probably have the stuff I will need.

Water/Air will definitely give you low intake temps, but for a street car it's just not practical. Drag only, for sure.

True, but what cars have 5/6" cores that are street cars lol. I guess ones you still technically drive on the street but are mostly drag cars vs drag/trailer cars.

I'd be worried about coolant temps with a 6" core.

I stopped at 775whp...I am heading back in the other direction, so no 6" core for me any time soon.

3.5" per the AMS website. I thought they were 3.625" too but I'm thinking they may have changed cores; I can't imagine they'd advertise their core to be smaller than it actually is.

Updated. Now including weight column. Vendors, if you would like to disclose any other information regarding weight, pressure checked psi or any other features, post in here and I'll update the chart.

Yea i see their website shows 3.5 now, but I am am fairly certain it used to say 3.625 and I am pretty sure that is what mine is but could be wrong. They probably went to a more standard core.
