Hi,

Can somebody help me please, I'm hearing a weird noise from the engine while revving around 2000 RPM it's something like " unununun " like when your power steering gets low on fluid and you turn the steering wheel you get that whine or drone because the fluid is down.
It's noticeable from inside only, I can't hear it from under the bonnet.
The car is stand still and no gear is engaged.
No low fluids and I'm using Mobil 1 0W40
I uploaded a video on youtube, it's clear @ 17 seconds mark.


I also found another video for the same problem, but he mentioned that 1st gear is engaged

 

It's your oil pump and it's normal. I had this since day 1. Many others also did. Dealership said it's "by design". I hate it, but have 50k on the car now and it didn't get worse or better. Some days it's more pronounced some days it's less.

 

Yeah I have the same issue. Its just something we have to deal with :/
