Anyone know if the Cobb BPV will be a straight bolt on with the AEM Intake system?

I do not see why not. I have the Cobb BOV it just replaces the stock unit. Very simple install a monkey could do it. {thumb up} Better yet. Post a pic of your intake this will help make sure.

the stock bov almost hits the strut bar.

Basically just swap it out. As simple as that. I installed mine in less than 20 minutes. Yes it will fit with your intake.
