Newbie to the X world wanting to build a 2.0 Forged Engine

Hi Guys,

I need some help in building a 4B11 2.0 Engine. The aim is to run a precison 5858 turbo and was wondering what was the best way forward. Now reading most threads some guys sleeving the block is a must some say for a T3 setup there is no need to sleeve the OEM block just do a drop in.

This would be a my current build below and its an SST Gearbox


Engine
Wiseco 1400HD Pistons
Manley or BC I Beams
Darton Sleeves (not sure if i should sleeve it or not)
ACL Race Series Bearings
Kelford Cams with Supertech Springs
Ported Head with STD Valves
Ported Intake Manifold Rev2

Transmission
SSP Clutch Packs 600HP

Turbo
Precision 5858 setup 0.63 housing
Hot Parts (Not sure yet maybe ETS)


Fueling
Walbro 400LPH
Aeromotive FPR
AMS Fuel Rail
ID1000 Injectors


So can you guys help me with the spec and what you would do? I am pretty sure many guys have done this already and it would be great to get some input

What's your whp goal and application? That will help govern your decision to sleeve.

My aim is to extract all the power from the precision 5858 which is a 600 - 620bhp turbo...
