Lower IC pipe ?

Is upgrading the licp completely worthless? Are there actually ZERO gains? Are there any solid facts to back this up and/or dyno graphs?
I'd like to know if it's going to be a restriction for a 500whp goal.

I bought the ETS UICP/LICP package. I bought the LICP because it relocates the BOV towards the front bumper. I also purchased the ETS intake to ensure everything fit.
