New to the JDM world

Hey guys! I just bought a new 2014 Lancer Evolution GSR in Wicked White. I am new to the JDM world, as my prior car was a 2007 Audi S4 with full bolt-ons. I bought the car about a month ago and have all ready done Cobb Accessport V3. I am currently running an off the shelf stage 1 tune. I want to know what mods I should do next to the car. I am open to anything any ideas help I just need a place to start and other opinions.

Welcome to the community!

I think you'll enjoy this car a lot.

That has some good info to start. Lots of people start with a CBE, intake, and tune. Good luck with the modding!

One of my friends sold their 2014 Evo and they had Cobb. They offered it to me for $300 it's a price you can't refuse and I can have my tuner load maps onto it in the future.

Who are you having tune your car? CP-E is pretty close to you I think? We're fortunate to have a few good shops within a reasonable drive of us in MD!

You can run OTS maps until you are at a level you are comfortable with modification wise before getting a protune. AP was my first purchase as well when I got mine. I have been on Cobb OTS (Stg3 v403 now) for about a year with no issues.

I am going to have Grant Zartman of House of Power tune my car. I have heard nothing but good things from his tunes!

Yea that's my goal it's not a huge power gain but it's something the car stock was kinda boring. It's weird cause all the cars I have owned have been tuned with full bolt-ons so I feel empty in a way.
