Stock frame turbo swap. What do I need?

Well, I'm doing my next round of upgrades, to include an upgraded stockframe turbo.

I'm curious as to what I am going to need to be able to change out from the old turbo to the new turbo.
New gaskets, lines, anything?

Any other advice would be appreciated!

you will need the following:

injectors
fuel pump
intercooler
downpipe - no additional labor to swap and bolts up to stock exhaust.
Turbo
tune
probably a air fuel gauge and a boost gauge

that is the minimum of what you will

I already have the performance parts. What I'm asking for is what kind of gaskets, or new OEM parts I will need when I swap the turbos.

Depends on what turbo you got? I just installed a Cavalli stage 3 and it bolted right up and all the factory lines went right to it, I used two new gaskets which were included with turbo and that was it. And along with the laundry list of parts they mentioned above

Turbo to manifold gasket
Downpipe to turbo gasket
Oil return gasket to turbo
O-ring for oil return to block if you remove it
Crush washers for oil feed line
Crush washers for turbo coolant line fittings
New turbo coolant hoses, turbo to manifold hardware, downpipe to turbo hardware would be a good idea.

Because they are cheap enough and you are right there.

Ok...but by that logic so is everything else. Outside of being there is there any other reason? Are they a known failure item? I haven't seen any failures because of leaking coolant lines but maybe I missed something. Just trying to further understand your rationale.

When you pull them off I've seen them tear.
