Boost Gauge

New to the Evo family

New 2015 RR evo MR, still breaking in the engine but I will tune eventually when I learn enough and have enough experience.

My question is, and I know Im gonna be lit on fire for this. Is it a good idea to install a boost gauge or turbo time even if I'm running stock?

Like I said I'm new and still learning so be gentle.

At minumum, it's always good to have a boost gauge and AFR gauge installed. As far the turbo timer, it's not needed. Our turbos are water cooled, so you really don't need a timer.

Any suggestions on which boost gauge/AFR to get?

I have the AEM Failsafe gauge, which is both gauges in one. I have yet to install it, but many people run AEM gauges on these cars, with no issues. I also have an AEM Oil Temp gauge and AEM Oil Psi.
