Evo X, leaning out at WOT/Idle

Halp me.
Car was running fine all day. I did a pull and it fell on its face and AFR starting leaning out so I let off. Car runs fine at half throttle and regular driving. Every down shift sounds like a gun shot though. Now it's idling like ****, AFR gauge is 16-dotted lines. The FPR vacuum line popped off but I put it back on. Spark plugs bad maybe?

Mods: intake, uicp, 3-port, test pipe, catback, super rich/conservative tune.

Thanks for any feedback

Fuel pump relay going bad or have you already updated it with a new one?

Zip tie that line on, if it comes off at full boost your engine could be at risk for leaning out and saying goodbye.
