ETS Intake Orientation Question

Has anyone else noticed their ETS Intake rubbing against their red "fuse cover" ?

Noticed this the other day that the there is a pretty clear spot on the red plastic cover where the hard pipe has been rubbing.. Tried loosening the clamps on the turbo inlet to try and spin the hard pipe to re-orientate it away a bit, but nothing quite seems to help. Also the heat shield doesn't sit flat on the OEM intake mount holes. Looks like the bend on the heat shield is the wrong angle to allow it to sit flat on the mount, as well as allow it to sit flat on the cone filter.

Anyone else experience either of these fitment issues?

Mine doesn't hit anything. There's about a 1/4 inch gap between the intake pipe and the red plastic cover. My heat shield fits perfect as well. It's very secure, doesn't move around at all

Mine rubs slightly, but if you loosen the clamp near the turbo you can kind of twist it a bit so it doesn't rub as much.

This is correct. You may have to twist the pipe slightly and hold it in place while tightening the clamp.
