installed dual radium oil catch cans, put in the valves and hoses in wrong, got 8 count knock. put in the hoses and valves correctly. Seeing 4 count knock now. I'm assuming it pulls timing or something because after i see 4, I don't see it again. trimmed the lines a bit, gettin 3. From what i've read 3 is the threshold for the car to pull timing?

running pretty much stock. AMS uicp, cosworth panel filter, ets v2 quiet cat back, cobb OTS tune. Was running stage 1, but tried stage 2 LWG and seemed a bit better.

before the catch cans I ran stage 1 and never got above 2, unless at 5.5k+ rpm WOT.

could i have done some permanent damage that leads to knock?
