So i took my car in el cajon mitsubishi, drove the car with the mechanic in the car, around the block so he can hear the whinning right side passenger wheel area.. I leave the car there and they told me it was the chain tensioner making the noise, and they say they fixed the issue but whinning still is faint.. Here is the thing, the whinning noise still persist but its not as lowed when driving and now it doesnt make noise when down shifting. So is this whinning noise normal now?
