Hi guys!! Looking to get a full Tomei exhaust. What do you think of this system? Good platform to build on up to approx how much HP?

 

It's a great exhaust system It's light, and very loud. What are your goals for the car?

 

if you get the Ti-express its IMHO, the best system there is. their down pipe is super nice, then everything back it is titanium 1mm. the whole thing is only 26lbs. vs 59lbs. stock


its a single exit and is pretty loud TBH, if you one E85 though its a more quite.


and the price is correct as well.


I would look at MPX as well as they are often over looked.

 

Also, do you guys know if this system will work with other brand downpipes...or should I stick with Tomei all across the board?

 

I would like to make about 450-500 Hp and stay with stock turbo..... is that even possible? Or do I need to upgrade the turbo for sure?
What can I squeeze out of it by adding all the other mods?

 

With E85 on a high reading dyno, sure that's possible eeking out every bit of power from the stock turbo.

Your best bet would be to get the MHI 18k or another reliable stock frame turbo so you're not pushing limits on the stock turbo.

 

I have the Tomei CBE with currently an AMS downpipe, and ETS resonated test pipe. It'll all work, just make sure to use good flange gaskets because of the slight neck down on the Tomei pieces, which many other systems don't have.
