Ams 750xp

First off, for those reading this today, Merry Christmas!!

Down to business, I'm looking at picking up the AMS 750XP from MAP within the next 2-3 months and was hoping to hear from someone that has purchased it previously. What are your impressions? Regrets? Any part of the kit you'd not purchase if you were to do it again? What supporting mods did you buy in conjunction and how did they perform?

There are multiple options and I'm wondering if they're all necessary, especially the wastegate? I'm fine with upgrading if necessary, but is there a reason to with VTA over Recirc? Everything I've read says our cars prefer recirc. Thoughts?

For the intake, speed density or MAF? What are the advantages and disadvantages of both? Once again, please only comment if you have experience with either of these so I can get some solid first-hand experience information.

Thanks in advance and hope everyone's builds are being well funded this Christmas!

I have never seen open dumps make more power than recirculated external wastegates, and to me not having the sound of an open dump is a huge plus.

I'm currently running the AMS 750XP billet-v-band turbo kit. Currently running a VTA wategate and their 4" intake that comes with the kit. Supposedly you make more power with VTA. My car made 417WHP on their mustang dyno at 25PSI on 93 octane.
