After the new BOV remember A big turbo like that has a lot of lag, especially in 5th!
You cant drive the same like you did with a small turbo, think about the load factor on what happens when you accelerate in 5th.

Well just a little update..came back from 5150 and Jon is the man! fix the buckling issue and the car drives smoother. Drove the family back from LA with no hiccups at all.

 

What did he do to fix it? I have the same turbo and DV. I put the lighter spring in and it helped a lot. But I still get bad surge in 5th, sometimes even around 65-70mph.

 

I got new pumps and 2000cc injectors install and flex fuel. He pretty much got rid of the buckling I've been having after 2nd gear. Jon told me surge thing he can't really do anything about. Its just the nature of the turbo. But the whole time I was driving down in stop and go traffic I didn't feel any surge so that's a plus for me.
