Akropovic Exhaust Tune

Was able to get my hands on an Akropovic exhaust. Currently have the ETS V2 on my car which I love but has a little drone when cruising. Titanium is way lighter and has a cool factor. Both will run a test pipe. Will I need a tune just doing a cat back swap? My gut says no being that there isn't much change in flow if any.

Thanks,
Kevin

Your gut is correct. If both pipes are 3" diameter then the DeltaP will be close to the same.

If the car was previously tuned, I would take it in for a double check. The mufflers could be of a different internal design and may need some changes in the tune. I've seen simple exhaust system swaps change AFR as much as half a point, and change boost a few psi.
