IDC Extremely High - Opinions? (Log attached)

I figured I would make a separate thread now that I was able to post from my laptop. I'm experiencing some extremely high IDC's on my car as it stands, and it's not making nearly enough power to warrant that. When I say high, I mean like 125% up top.

I've tried swapping fuel pumps, and fuel relays to no avail. Running ID1000's and a Walbro 450. Car is now on E85 however even on 93 I was seeing IDC's in the upper 90%'s.

Any thoughts on where to start diagnosing would be great aside from the "buy new injectors" statement. My tuner seems to think there is an issue.

Mods are as follows:

Cavalli Stg1 / Comp 5356 Turbo
ETS o2 dump
Catless 3" exhaust
3 port EBCS
ETS 3.5" FMIC & Piping
3" intake
