Pump is failing, code C161F, my car is cobb protuned what are my options?

So recently here in Ottawa weather is really hot, my car is a 2013 gsr, after all these years of the salt and cold and heat. The pump can't take it anymore. The pump should be under warranty, I called two of my local dealer today, one asked if my car is tuned, I was being honest and said yes. The tech on the phone said if it's tuned then they won't warranty it. I was like the car is ap tuned I can reverse back to stock. He was like it's not we that don't want to warranty it. They are gonna pull the ecu data and send it to mitsu-Canada and they will find out my car is tuned no matter what. When I was calling the second dealer, I lied and said the car is not tuned. The service manager kinda said the same mitsu-Canada thing and also told me he won't give much fks about my mods. So my plan was drive the car with the tune to the dealer and unmarry my ap right before I go in. The problem is my car has a test pipe. Apparently when you unmarry ap, it will clear the code, and then they won't see anything wrong with it. I don't really wanna drive the car around till the code shows up again with stock tune and all the mods ( I could put stock cat on the car but my dp is also aftermarket with 3inch diameter, it will be annoying to change the whole turbo-back back to stock ). Is anyone here has experience similar like this? Is there any dealership here in Ontario that won't even care with the tune? Any ideas guys? Thank you so much for the input.
