AEM Intake suction tube

AEM Intake suction tube

So I am about to install my AEM Intake. I was wondering if I can use the OEM tube and will it makes a different? Or should I stick with the AEM suction tube. thanks in advanced!

To get the full flow benefits, use the AEM trumpet. Because its metal, you will get the turbo spool sound (rubber/silicone dampen the sound)

For the EvO 8/9 its a metal tube. Do you have an X?

Edit: Looked up & appears to be for the 10. And yes, it looks like a plastic composite

Sorry, but you had orig posted in the wrong forum so didnt know what EvO you had
