difference in engine internals

simple and easy question. is there any difference between the es/ds 2.0 and the evo 2.0 in the aspect of engine internals. was thinking of putting a turbo on my es, just not sure how strong the internals are.

The internals are not the same. You can boost the regular one, but I wouldn't push it very hard. It also would be a much more worthwhile endeavor to simply purchase an Evo. Save the money you would be spending on a turbo kit (if there even is a kit) that will likely not make your current car any faster/better than a stock Evo.

Completely different block, internals and mains. Best money/performance ratio would be selling the ES/DS and purchasing a Ralliart or Evo.
