Im thinking about importing a 2008 JDM EVO X GSR SST Premium package, in the seller images I noticed that the check engine light is still on while the car is idling and there is also a Caution sign on the dash info screen right next to ACD selection: Tarmac . What do you guys think the problem cud be? The price of the car is also a bit low for an X. Other wise the millage is not too high and the car looks like its in very good condition.

This could be anything.
You could ask them to provide the actual DTC's, and try to figure things out beforehand..... but if they didn't already mention the light to you, and you had to notice it in the picture before it was brought up, things are not off to a good start.

If it were me, I would avoid this.

That’s a sign from the EVO Fairy that the engine and trans are about to need $10k-15k in repair costs!!
