Daytona Mitsubishi
https://m.ebay.com/itm/OEM-MITSUBISH...anner=1&_rdt=1

My idea is to send it to my tuner and do some dropins, build the head and trans.

Brand new fresh engine!!

OR build my existing almost 200000 mile engine?

If you're going to build a motor, build yours unless you know it has major issues. There are so many non-wear parts on the OEM Long Block that you're paying for and don't need. The money would definitely be better spent on upgrading/freshening up your block. Of course, if money is no object and you want everything factory-fresh, go for it!

The miles on your engine doesn't really matter once it's rebuilt...

I would say build the old however we just put a motor in from Daytona in our MR and I was very pleased with the whole experience.
