Engine is toast - weird idea
Engine Build
I was looking into building the engine but I was thinking of buying a regular lancer 4B11 engine for $500 so I can take my time, get it machined and rebuild the 4b11T engine myself with stronger internals. I have other cars so this vehicle isn't needed but I don't want a roller hanging in the way especially since I'd have to push it/pull it with my truck every time it snows to snow blow around it.
Besides swapping over the intake, exhaust manifold and injectors. Is there even a turbo feed and oil drain on the regular 4b11 block? I know many people have turbod their lancer but I'm having a hard time finding what they did for oil to/from the turbo.

No there isn’t a feed or drain on the 4b11 NA block. Even the starter position is different, so your starter will never fit the AWD flywheel and trans and NA block.
Curb the idea, besides the “4b11” name they don’t have a lot in common.
