So the other thread considered putting the SST in a XI, which would be near impossible even if cost was not a concern....

....but, any thoughts on sticking the 4g63 in the GSR with the 5 speed. That would give the hot looks and handling of the X with the power potential of the
4g63. Now that would be awesome.

Yeah, I'm sure that answer will be unknown til it shows on this side of the pond - but fun to think about!!

yea, but.......... the 4g63 is an acception, simply cuz its one of, if not... the best 4banger out there

 

I am a skeptic of the 4b11.....

But logic dictates that Mitsu might have a strong engine on their hands here. The only way to see for sure is wait and see what happens when Buschur/AMS and the like tear into one and blow one up.

 

Ill bet it will be like the b series swap over to k series everyone was skeptical at first but in the end the k serious was much more advanced and superior. ill bet the 4b11 will be the **** look at the torque it makes stock
