Apparently I'm an idiot...I thought the 4G63 had forged pistons from the factory, but I couldn't find any info. indicating that it does. I just saw "heavy-duty aluminum pistons", but not the word "forged." My bad

No, they are not forged. I have seen 2g DSM pistons take 41 psi in a 4g63.
