wow and EPA MPG still TBD... aren't the first round of these shipping to dealers in less than 3 weeks? Hell they are probably already getting loaded on the boat...

Another strike against Mitsu... ah well, this car could have been amazing and an amazing launch Now many of us in the mid 20s will take our $35-40k elseware

Curb weight isn't actual weight of the vehicle. Never has been.

Did anyone notice that these were printed on August 2007! Why are we just getting them now, 3-4 months later?

I guess it depends. Fluids will make the weight go up....optional equipment can make the weight go up.

Is the turbo single or twin scroll...or hamster?

You would think by now that mitsu has a trick up its sleeve or something that no ones has released to the public that says..."this car is going to be way faster than anyone thought" or something like that. I just hope they put some more ponies in the next design model and maybe add an RS.

Well with X they stepped it up in one department, leaving other futures for improvment in other models (IX is one hell of a car for the price, and looks like with the futures they wanted to include, they just couldn't afford everything in current model) XI it will be lighter and faster and I think will be the model to get, so just wait for another year or two, and sitck with your VIII & IX

I love how Mitsubishi talks about the Torque and HP gains of the X over the IX like they are HUGE! A whopping 5 hp gain.
