This company in Japan sell EVO with mods (brand new) to public, I think they have three different power spec for EVO 8 and EVO 9 before. start from 340 spec which the car mod to 340 hp. next one may be 380 spec and 400 spec, kind of like FQ in Europe. The company will offer you some kind of warranty also, since the Mitsubishi will cancell the warrany once you mod the car. They mod new EVO X to 340 spec for now, I am sure they are gong to have some 400 spec later, which come with upgrade turbo also.

However if I remember correctly, the specs of their Evo 9s are 340, 365 and 390. All of them continue to use the standard turbos and the 390 has a 2.2L stroker kit.
