X does 0-62 in 4.1 seconds!
An FQ is pretty much a light modded version of that standard version.. so that 0-60 is pretty much BAH.... like who cares.. WEAK for a true EVO..
The FQ 360 IX does it in 3.9, not to mention the 3.5 of the FQ 400, so 4.1 is pretty much irrelevant. This came from a X 5-Speed which are the quicker ones when compared to its SST trim Evo X.. hahaha

The only thing on that spec sheet that resembles the MR is the suspension setup. But the transmission and wheel option indicate otherwise.
The FQ300 is TC-SST. The FQ 330 and the FQ 360 are 5spd.

your completely wrong, the SST did better in the 1/4 then the regular 5 speed. Didnt you see the video of the 2 red ones racing???

You also have to take in to consideration the fact that manufacturers usually understate the 0-60 numbers a bit so I wouldn't be surprised to see a 360HP Evo X do 0-60 under 4 seconds. Reality is Evo X is a much more modern car interior/exteriorwise, the only thing that it has going against it is the gained weight but over time (with next version of Evo XI) most of those things will be adressed with either weight reduction and/or increased power output.
I would suspect that with weights being about equal Evo X is a faster car all-around than Evo IX, it definitely seems to take corners better.
EDIT: According to UK specs Evo X FQ300 GSR with manual tranny does 0-62 in 4.7 sec., with SST tranny they specify the exact same time.

I just can't wait for a truely "worked over" RS version for the USA. IF the rumblings are true then it's going to be an awesome car. I don't know why but I'm feeling all giddy with anticipation to see what Mitsubishi will do for us later this year.
