Yes the Evo X has cruise control, and boy was it helpful 2900 miles.

what mpg did you average?

 

24-19 MPG. IT was about 22 MPG right on the money, Very poor in my opinion, but the car is a blast fun factor of a 10.

i wonder if you can help boost that mpg by leaning it out with a tune?

 

That is lousy, especially for mostly highway cruising.

That sounds about like the mpg in my Evo 8 with 67K miles and no mods.
I put about 100 freeway miles on it a day and get 21-22. But I have a lot less weight in the car.
