Yes I was actually trying to for the Lancer RA when I was out jogging. The MR was a pleasant surprise. There might be a RA in the row of EVOs deeper down. But that is strict territory, and I saw some hostile security guards walking around.

There are usually some pretty rare cars around that area, like 3000GT VR4 Spyders or Mitsubishi Colts.
