It would be nice for SOME people to just sit back and wait for actual numbers from actual drivers and stop speculating. It's getting REAL annoying sitting here trying to read up on information only to come across pages of BS spewed out by some "know it all" that just likes to rag on cars that he/she doesn't have nor knows anything about.

Cool you don't think the X will be much of anything . . . we get it, you can end your pointless banter now.

A few bolt ons will run 110mph traps. The car needs a better clutch get a good launch.

It's funny how the STi owners come in here with hopes of replacing their cars with EVOs since the Subby camp didn't make a new car worth purchasing..

We'll have a clutch in the next week or two and then we'll go do something noteworthy.

tbh, this thread is kinda useless =/ inconsistent amature stock drag times are a pretty poor basis of comparison for this car... and you don't want to use stats gathered by people who know how to drive. maybe we should count cupholders while we're at it. sounds like flamebait to me

I live north enough that all the tracks in the area are closed. Not that I would want to run it stock. Dyno and power:weight makes me think it would be mid-high 13s at 100-101mph.

So when you buy a car you should immediately mod it without knowing what it runs stock?

Take a trip over to the LS2/Mustang threads. They don't seem to have a problem running at the dragstrip stock and posting timeslips.

I am interested in stock times and THEN mod-for-mod timeslips. Isn't that how it goes?

Actually I own a STi and a 335i coupe I come here because I respect both the EVO and STi.

Again you're bashing a car thats not and EVO VIII . . . grow up and realize that maybe YOUR car isn't the best.

The Ford GT40 is a beautiful car, but it breaks down if you drive it hard and its over $100,000; now that sucks. Enzo ferrari clutch from what I heard will only last 5 launches......( over $500,000 ).

Its so early yet. We wont see drag race results until mid March probably. It also depends on how the sales go. I know of 6 Evo X's sold now, and I am the only one on the forums.
