Where are the X drag times??
Some of you people who have the X live in parts of the US where weather is pretty bad. This message isn't for you.
To the other people (tuners included) that live on the West coast - WTH are the drag times?? Are you just going to modify the hell outta the X and then post 11sec passes first?? Or will you put the car back to STOCK form and then post up times as you mod step-for-step?? Traps is a good indicator of power other than a dyno pull.

Remember also that the X is heavier than a IX, so additional power will have to make up for the added weight
Also, they need at least 30whp more than the VIII/IX in order to match their quarter-mile times due to weight.
Coupled with unknown shifting, traction, etc.. can lead to what?? Who knows??
i don't know about stock. But when they will start working on it, i think they will be better.
Imagine the bore designe i think will allow at least 9-10 k rpm. pluss it is really not hard to lighen it up. The X RS is lighter then the USDM IX RS.
so little more whp + higher rpm + same or little more weight. I think they will win.
I dont know how much whp they can hold though , but i'm hoping. To sleve those engines are not hard.

Are there any drag strips in Southern California other than Irwindale and California Speedway? Irwindale is only an 1/8 mile track and CS isn't doing street legal drags until March 8th.
