The wife of a saleman told me they had their first EVO in the show room this morning

at Quebec Mitsubishi, and yeah this is a base GSR phantom black

this is the first time we have EVOs in Canada (except for a few havving it in Canada with ralliart VIN) so I can't compare to any other EVO but I have a ralliart so I might compare to this

The Steering wheel is smaller than the ralliart
The seats are 10 times better (would be perfect for my size and they are really comfortable)
The color is amazing, in person it's really nice and I'm sure it will be pretty special with day light
The aluminium hood is light
That piece of plastic on the rear bumper is not that bad on the phantom black, but...on Wicked White sure it's ugly and UGLY
In fact there was a white GTS and I'm telling you, I always wanted a white car but when I saw the phantom black...becomes harder to choose between those 2 colors
The Antenna is on a pivot and yeah will definately dent the aluminium roof, so canadians beware, you HAVE to change it ASAP

ONE thing that everyone is saying is that how plastics look cheap...I'm telling you they're right...almost everything in plastic looks cheap, every trims, on the dash in the seats....the fender vents and those 2 vents on the hood too My girlfrend was like 40k+ with plastic like that(talking about the fender vents), they're totally crazy...

But overall this is a beautiful car and with the small spoiler (without plastic) it looks a little less cheap and in phantom black with those black plastic parts a little more closer to a GTS which is kind of a "sleeper" if you want
I want one now

Too bad, no test drive but I totally understand and I would be the 1st to refuse to buy one run by someone else

In the showroom, they'll let it out for MSRP no markup

I'd get black , I'm still iffy on the vents and things so the black k does a good job to blend them and looks the most classy

Black mr or ra for me , next year, gotta buy my gtr
