The S-AYC works with the yaw rate sensor and steering angle sensors. if it were that sensitive to weight bias, i'm sure there would be warnings against people sitting in the back seat, or putting things in the trunk...
Very interesting, so I guess lowering the car or putting a different rims wouldn't affect the S-AYC.
you kind of answered you own question. it controls the car by how responds, it doesnt control the car by what if i weigh 3500lb and if I am going 60mph and then you turn the wheel. these sensors monitor rotation and speed and change according to rotation and speed hence the cars weight doesnt matter until it effects the yaw. light car should have less yaw and corner better without imput changes.
