could some one that dislikes the X tail lights elaborate why. I mean i understand the VIII ( really ricey) but the X too me are decent.

 

I'm not sure what's up with that picture. Those tailights are missing the reverse light. From the research I just did I'm almost certain the JDM Evo has the same tails as our car. Looking around that guy's site it looks like he's Chinese, so maybe those are they tails they get in China?

Here is a RHD JDM one from the Tokyo Auto Show that clearly shows that same tailights as the USDM.

Personally, I dislike the X's tail lights because they're...EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE REGULAR LANCER'S!

I know, it's a LANCER evolution after-all, but so what? The previous generations had some difference in the tail lights that differentiated the regular ol' Lancer from the Evo.

And that's pretty much why.

 

I see where you're coming from. The stock tail-lights don't bother me that much but, I certainly wouldn't complain if they were different from a regular lancer.

 

For me personally, I'm hoping to get a PB X MR & that red on the stock lights would be to intense for me. I hope these come out in the aftermarket real soon, I need to pick some up.

 

the x tailights remind me too much of the lexus

 

maybe evodave and dafarmer will start working on these...i'm not a huge fan of the tailights cause they're just too boring, looks like every other boring car on the road....evo IX tails were badass....i wish the x kept the concept x's LED headlights too.
