My Evo is Green!

No seriously I hate "green" and all that bs.

But anyway, for all you out there who have/want-to/are complaining about the evo's fuel economy you can all SHHHHHHUUTTT UPPP.

See, what is the absolute worse thing for fuel economy? braking!!! Braking takes all that kinetic energy gained from burning the gasoline and effectivelly tosses it in the trash can. All that energy is lost to heat forever.

What does this have to do with the evo? Mitsubishi has ingeniously engineered a car that does not need to brake as much as other cars (hence it looses less energy to friction and is gas friendly and/or green!). You see, where-as most cars need to slow down to 10-15 mph to take that right hand corner, in our Evo's we can just go ahead and take that turn at 55mph. Hence, saving alot of energy and fuel!

Unfortunatelly, the mitsubishi engineers forgot one critical detail. In order for this amazing gas saving system to work properly then there can't be other cars on the road in front of you forcing you to also slow down. But alas, as is the case 99% of the time, we are unable to employ this eco/green gas saving technique.

Anyway, so now instead of going and whining and/or complaining about the evo's fuel economy anymore, I say we band together and work hard to kick every other car off the road!!!

The way I see it, by burning up as much gas as we can we can help to keep it out of the hands of our #1 and #2 Rival, the Chinese and India.

Use it or lose it!
