My driver's light was and still is lower then the right side. I couldn't find a screw or lever to adjust them, so I took it to the dealer. He leveled it by reflecting the lights about 10' feet away but it's still uneven when the distance increases.

Take it to the dealer (assuming you don't have mods) and have them level the lights from a distance, it only takes 10 minutes.

But damnit I want to do it at my leisure and not have the dealer do it wrong, like in your case... I'm ****.

Anyone else?

This is by design. It's so you have more light at the shoulder of the road for pedestrians/signs/deer and less into oncoming driver's eyes.

Yep. All modern cars with zenon's are like this.
