excited
"at 5500rpm but it just smokes the clutch. 4000rpm and the car bogs down and falls on it's face. What's your experiences?"

Well i believe they made the factory 2 step for a reason. I took it to the track and use the factory 2 step (5500rpm) and i got a 1.9 60ft and ran a 13.50 at 103mph.

glad to see the X is not falling victim to many rumors. It will be interesting to where the X limits lie in comparison to the IX.

What does that do? basically when you are in gear and clutch pressed in it revs and holds at 5500k rpm?

Yes. Engine stays steadfast at 5500 with the clutch depressed.

I've but managed a 2.0 60' at 13.2 (102 mph) with MBC set to 23 PSI

Alright guys.

I had 3 hours driving time on a manual before I got the X. I was the epitome of self doubt. Anyway, got in a fight with the gf one night, was pissed, drove the X cause it relaxes me. Found myself on a wide open completely empty flat road.

So I held in the clutched, floored it, when it hit 5500rpm the 2 step did its job and held it there. I then released the clutch, pretty quick but not super fast, and the car took off like a bat out of hell. It was the coolest feeling.

Anyway, all my point is: grow some ***** and go do it. It's super easy and super fun. Trust me, you can't **** up and its hyper easy.

you stop, push in the clutch, shift into first then floor the gas pedal. The rpms with climb to 5500 and then hold there.

AWD has nothing to do with the price of a clutch. ACT and AGP are selling them in the $580 range. That's pretty reasonable if you ask me. Regardless, to each is their own.

That's hilarious. It surprises the hell out of you once you get it right. I can't rock out the 5500rpm launch or I smoke the clutch, but I'm making 24 P.S.I. at 5500rpm which is playing a big factor.

Your building 24psi during 2step? Doubt it.
