but this one has the optional Tarmac Pack, which comprises 18-inch wheels, Brembo brakes, spoiler and water injection."
Damn, but still doesn't catches the VIII

All non-U.S. Evo RS models come with steelies, regular brakes, no Recaros, almost completely stripped out, and no AYC so they can be more readily modified for racing.
Just like meth and alky except it wont actually add octane. Water Injection is a knock suppressor. Cooling intake and fuel allowing one to push more boost and/or timing and making more power

It doesnt however. It cant its water
. Kinda like an intercooler the extra power is made by increasing boost and/or timing. This is allowed because CC Temps are decreased due to the injection of water.
Its not new technology by any means read up

It's not really injecting, more like a windshield sprayer for your intercooler.
It just helps with heat soak and cooler intake temps, but it's kinda useless if you are just using water, nos will cool it a lot better than water would.

Water injection does just that it injects water into the intake tract to cool the Air/Fuel mixture in the CC
Water has infinite octane rating!
Water injection adds to the fuel's resistance to igniting -
"The octane rating of a spark ignition engine fuel is the knock resistance (anti-knock rating) compared to a mixture of iso-octane (2,2,4-trimethylpentane, an isomer of octane) and n-heptane."
So technically it does boost the fuel's octane rating.
Here comes the word-police-
Methanol is alcohol. So saying "meth and alky" is kinda redundant.
