Nice. The Evo X performs very well for the money. It would only take a few power and suspension mods for it to be right up there with the best.

consistently the sti lags on almost all the comparisons I have seen. Im a little shocked that subaru didnt put a better car together for 2008

well then kinda sucked on all fronts. dont get me wrong the sti doesnt look bad, but it is hit or miss with the some people. the performance is lakcing to and its just eh . . . or fell short this time around

well that proves the X is still every bit an evo as ever...i wonder if it had a simple tune to put down 300 whp as we have seen many times already, if it could have come in 2nd.

great test, i was surprised the MR beat the elise sc but i am happy it did .

Yeah, you'd think Subaru would just listen to the voice of the public and pick up in the areas they're weak in, but it seems like with each model, they're the same flaws over and over again. I've personally owned an STi, and its a beautiful machine. Deffinitly better for a daily driver, but the evo just performs better hands down.

Yeah, I think it has better potential, but you have to be an awesome driver to really take one of things to the limit. Evos are fool proof. The AWD with ACD and AYC just keeps you stuck in a corner with no thinking at all. An elise is a Mid engine, light as hell, twitchy little car. Theres a lot to be said for those cars.
