20g turbo and meth

I was thinking of doing a 20g on the stock turbo and putting some meth on the car to run it at 27 to 30 psi. Just wondering if you guys had any inputs on this. Do you guys think this will be a good upgrade, safe upgrade, and plus I am thinking low 11's. What do you guys think.

i think meth on any turbo car is a good idea...im not sure on the turbo yet because its so new that i would wait to see what others are running unless you want to be a guinea pig in that department...

Ya well i was thinking to run regular around town (22psi) and have my high mode on my Greddy EBC for meth where the meth would kick in around 23 psi to about 30 psi what do you think.

You can't really set the meth to kick in at 23PSI. The way a turbo builds boost, you need to set it to come on much lower, say 10-15 PSI max, if you set it to 23PSI by the time any decent amount of meth actually gets in the intake, you will already be at max boost. The best option is a lower boost/non-meth tune, and a higher boost/meth tune. Make sure you get a good failsafe as well, sich as one that cuts bost when you get a lean condition. Do lots and lots of homework before you do the upgrade. It a good upgrade, but to do it smart and safe and correctly, it costs a few extra dollars. PM me if you need more info.

Hey man thanks for the good info bro. Ya i am leaving it to my tuner to hook it up. I was trying to stay away from having 2 tunes. i figured i would run normal (22psi) around town. Then do the 30 psi on meth. I wanted to get the whole car tuned at just 30 psi and just ride around only 22 psi until i want the 30psi. But if i do it that way i guess ill always be on the meth. Is running meth all the time bad or no. Ya hit me up with a pm with a lil more info thanks bro.
