Nice review. I hear a lot of people complaining about the price, but I'd like them to find a better performance car for the money. The Evo X MR's improved interior, amazing dual clutch gearbox and wheels, and better ride quality should make it one of the best daily drivable track cars out there.

Don't tell me the mitsu badge decreases its value.

I'd like the seats and the Bilsteins out of one, please. I haven't seen the wheels so not sure on those yet.

I'm very much considering the MR. I think I would do a Robispec suspension, if so what do you think I could sell the MR's suspension for? What about the seats? Finally what about the wheels? I'm just waiting for someone to modify one and make sure it can handle a little more power without any trouble..

Um yes it does.... which is why companies spend millions of dollars building reputable respected brands and theN millions more to keep it that way...

Mitsu has failed to do this.. AND THEY HAVE TO BE WILLING TO SELL CHEAPER UNTILL THE PUBLIC BEGINS TO RESPECT THE BRAND AGAIN...

Im confused as to what everyone is saying that the X is so overpriced... Do you all even understand that there is SOOO much developement with this car? The U.S. has never had AYC.. Now we do, and it's integrated with so much more (SAWC).. Plus now the SST, which according to those that have actually driven it, say it's the most amazing gearbox available.. I think that for everything this car comes with, the price is just fine.. So it doesn't have creature comforts that BMW has, or anything else to that mater.. Mits cut prices with certain things (interior) to keep this amazing beast in a price range that most can afford.. So all the nay-sayers out there that keep bashing Mits, need to go hold your breath until you pass out, so we don't have to listen to it anymore!!

Its overpriced based on lack of perceived brand value...

I have to admidt the LOOK of the new Evo is finally starting to grow on me (JUST A LITTLE! not that much!) but I just CANNOT get excited for the MR. I have driven several VWs, Audis and such with the DSG tranny (same thing as the X MRs) and honestly I would find myself bored to tears not having a clutch or doing any real shifting.

Other than that though, they seem nice. But I'm gonna stick with my ride. Thanks for the write up!

I think what he's trying to say is that, he hasn't seen them up close in person. I've checked them out at the car show and they do look sweet, especially the hyper black finish on them; only thing I would do is get them rebalanced with stick on wheel weights instead of those ugly clamp ons.
