Picked-up new MR at Southcoast!

Picked-up new MR at Southcoast!
So............I flew down to Orange Co. this morning and Mike Shriner picked me
up at the airport. I bought a Silver MR with no options except rear wing extension
and wheel locks via the phone & over night mail. The price was excellent(below
MSRP). He will match any deal, or make your own deal. Any way I drove back to
San Jose, Ca. in 5 1/2 hrs stopping for food and gas twice. The car handled excellent.
High speed lane changes were smooth and ride better than expected. The transmission in the normal mode never required intervention. Power seems
available at any speed! Glad the car has cruise control because the seats are not
intended for long trips! MY Evo ix seats were a bit wider and didn't put so much
pressure on your thighs. I am 6ft and 180# and not a "wide butt". but after
400 miles I didn't want anymore. the upper part (back & sides) are very good,
holding you in place under hard cornering. this car really corners well under power!
I have Works ride springs and rear adj bar on order. The car will be tuned by Andy at
Speed Element. Then to Buttonwillow and Thunderhill. Anyway it was a good "buy"
experienced at Southcoast Mitsubishi. The price seems high until you consider the
technology you just bought.
