swap the fender for example... Or even the Mudflaps install point are totally different .
The lancer flaps will totally not fit on the evo or visa versa. And those are not important body pieces..
the evo body and a lancer body is two different thing. They share the same base platform but thats it.
I think to change hood or trunk you can do it without problem though.
I'm not sure you can swap the doors too.

 

I can see a Evo hood on a Lancer, but why in gods name would an X owner want a vent restricting hood like the Lancers?

 

It was just a hypothetical question. Not saying I am going to put a Lancer hood on an EVO X...I was just curious. I know that there are companies out there with CF hoods for the 08-09 Lancer...just wondering if those hoods would work on the EVO X.

i think there are companies out there with Evo X CF Hood and Trunk already.

 

oh I am sure there are too. But there may be a style of Lancer hood that might not be available for the EVO...just thought it would be a good idea to clarify now if anyone knows for sure if they could swap.
