EVO hood to Lancer hood...Lancer hood to EVO hood
Hey,

Does anyone know for absolute sure if you can swap an Evo X hood onto an 08 Lancer, and also if you can put an 08 Lancer hood on an Evo X?

Well...
The Evo and Ralliart share the same hood.
The Ralliart and the Lancer share the same body.

So...
The Evo hood must fit on the Lancer, right?!



(Anyone remember that math stuff...

If A=B and B=C, then A=C...?)

I wouldn't want to run the Evo engine under the lancer hood. That air duct onto the turbo is there for a reason.

how about Lancer Wingless trunk on Evo X? im thinking about getting one ,but
im not sure if it will fit

An Evo without a wing is not an Evo.

Dude if you wanted a Lancer you should have saved $15k and just bought the Lancer

i know what u talking about.. when I was 23 and got my first evo, I loved the wing
but now that Im married and all, I just like the wing on my Evo anymore.
I noticed that I get lot less attention without the wing..
I still love my EVo tho! I meant my New EVO X!!

Wait, you get married and you don't like the wing any more?

I'm 31 have a kid and am married. Love the wing (unless I'm checking my 6 for smokey). Heck the kid loves the wing more than I do!

Just call the dealer. They'll tell you. I don't see why body panels should have a problem swapping over. Its the "same" car.
